My experience

I am an associate in the Residential Property team and specialise in:

sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold) with or without Help to Buy ISA’S and Lifetime ISA’S;
new build sales and purchases (including the Help to Buy Scheme);
buy to let purchases;
transfer of equity;
purchase of shared ownership properties;
re-mortgages and redemption of help to buy equity mortgages;
auction sales and purchases; and
right to buy purchases.

I appreciate that selling and purchasing a property can be a stressful experience. However, my aim is to provide clients with clear communication regularly throughout the transaction so they are never left worrying about how matters are progressing and to facilitate a smooth transaction from start to finish.

Sale/Transfer of Equity Client

We needed specialist conveyancing with our self build property and transfer of title deeds and we spoke with several solicitors. We were very impressed with Paris Smith - they gave us confidence that they knew that they had the expertise to handle the work, understood what was required and the complexities of a self build draw down facility and could meet our time challenges.
