My experience

I am an associate solicitor in the Property, Planning and Development Department with experience in dealing with a variety of work for clients such as property developers, landowners, investors, local planning authorities, landlords, occupational tenants, lenders and private individuals.

I deal with a vast array of matters within property, planning and development.  Key areas of my work include:

  • drafting and advising clients on Section 106 Agreements, Unilateral Undertakings and other planning agreements;
  • acquisitions and disposals;
  • development work (both commercial and residential);
  • lettings of commercial premises;
  • commercial property;
  • options, overages and conditional contracts;
  • landlord and tenant matters;
  • drafting and advising on Nitrate Credit Allocation Agreements and Phosphate Credit Allocation Agreements;
  • advising on Section 104 Agreements (Water Industry act 1991);
  • drafting and advising on Section 278 Agreements and Section 38 Agreements;
  • biodiversity net gain advice; and
  • advance payment bonds.
