My experience
I am an Associate in the Property Finance team and specialise in the specialist property finance sector.
I advise a wide range of lenders on taking security over investment properties, including buy-to-let, commercial, mixed-use, and holiday-let properties. My experience also covers bridging finance, complex portfolio transactions involving multiple facilities and properties, SIPP lending, and high-value deals.
I also act for individual investors and corporate entities in connection with the refinance and purchase of investment properties, as well as on sales and the grant of leases and surrenders.
In addition, I act for receivers in connection with both auction and private treaty sales.
I take a proactive and commercial approach to every transaction, promoting collaboration between all parties to achieve the desired outcome. I prioritise open communication and efficiency throughout, ensuring that each matter progresses smoothly to completion.
