My experience
I am an associate in the Banking and Finance Group. I act for a wide range of lenders and borrowers, from term sheet stage through to full documentation, on real estate (investment and development), asset and acquisition financings, and general corporate banking matters. I advise on senior, mezzanine and junior debt, security documents and intercreditor agreements.
I joined Paris Smith in October 2019 as a trainee and qualified as a Solicitor in October 2021.
