My experience

I am an associate in the Banking and Finance Group. I act for a wide range of lenders and borrowers, from term sheet stage through to full documentation, on real estate (investment and development), asset and acquisition financings, and general corporate banking matters. I advise on senior, mezzanine and junior debt, security documents and intercreditor agreements.

I joined Paris Smith in October 2019 as a trainee and qualified as a Solicitor in October 2021.

This transaction was extremely important to our company. Overall the communication throughout this deal was excellent from you both. You both made yourselves available for any queries I had over the phone and were able to explain things clearly to me. The timing and pace of the transaction was smooth considering there were several different components and parties involved. You were also very helpful in your communications in the last days leading up to completion (also allowing for the fact I was on holiday - the communication worked well between us!!)
