My experience
I am a partner in the Retail and Leisure team advising mainly on matters relating to:
- landlord and tenant;
- investment sales and purchases;
- conditional development agreements; and
- portfolio management.
I work for a variety of clients ranging from national retailers and leisure companies to smaller companies and individuals. I have experience in a range of commercial property work including investment acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant work and portfolio management gained whilst working at national law firms.
