My experience
I am a solicitor in the Commercial Property and Planning department. Recently qualifying in October 2022, I advise a wide range of commercial and non-commercial clients including developers, investors, landlords, occupational tenants and private individuals.
My key areas of practice include:
- Commercial property
- Landlord and tenant
- Acquisitions and disposals
- Lettings of commercial premises
- Development land
- Options and conditional contracts
In addition to my post-qualification experience, I benefited from two consecutive seats in the Commercial Property and Planning department during my training contract.
