My experience
I am a solicitor in the Commercial Property team at Paris Smith, having developed substantial experience within the department during my training contract with the firm.
My key areas of practice include:
- freehold and leasehold sales and purchases;
- commercial landlord and tenant transactions – acting for both landlords and tenants and dealing with new leases, renewals, assignments, surrenders and licences; and
- general commercial property matters.
I understand that each client’s priorities are different and I am committed to providing a clear, manageable service tailored to their objectives. I also recognise the importance of keeping clients fully informed as matters progress and ensuring they feel supported throughout the process. I work closely with senior colleagues on more complex transactions and take a proactive, efficient approach to achieving successful outcomes.
