My experience
Management
I served as Paris Smith’s Finance Partner from 2014 to 2021 prior to becoming Managing Partner in 2022.
My principal responsibilities are:
- Delivering the outcomes required by the firm’s strategy;
- Chairing the firm’s Management Group;
- Overseeing HR, Marketing and Business Development, and Accounts functions;
- Managing all financial aspects of the firm, internally and externally;
- Acting as liaison between the Management Group and the firm’s Strategy Board.
Legal
As part of a team of lawyers, I deal with all aspects of family law including:
- divorce, separation and relationship breakdown;
- financial and property claims;
- collaborative law;
- pre and post nuptial agreements;
- civil partnership agreements;
- disputes between cohabitants (ToLATA) and living together agreements;
- children.
Over very many years I have developed particular expertise in high value financial cases, property disputes for unmarried persons, financial claims for children and pre and post nuptial agreements. My client base includes prominent captains of industry and leading professional sports persons.
I am a qualified Collaborative lawyer and supporter of all forms of dispute resolution, performed with integrity and respect and always with the best interests of the client in mind.
