My experience
I am a solicitor in the Employment team at Paris Smith, having built substantial experience within the department during my training contract with the firm.
I advise both individuals and employers on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters. I have particular experience of settlement agreements, providing straightforward advice on their terms and practical effect, as well as supporting clients through negotiations where needed. I recognise that these discussions can arise at a difficult or uncertain point in a person’s career, so I focus on making the process clear, manageable and tailored to each client’s priorities.
I also work alongside senior colleagues on complex and sensitive cases, including discrimination disputes and Employment Tribunal proceedings. Across every matter, my approach is practical and responsive, with an emphasis on helping clients understand their options and move forward with confidence.
