My experience
I am a solicitor within the Property Finance team, acting on behalf of lender banks and dealing with:
- reviewing and negotiating commercial leases;
- advising banks on taking security over investment properties, owner occupied properties and property portfolios covering residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties; and
- reviewing title to property and identifying any potential defects in title.
