My experience
I am a senior associate solicitor in the Commercial Property team. I have experience in dealing with a wide variety of property work for clients such as property developers, landlords, investors, occupational tenants, lenders and private individuals which includes:
- commercial property;
- acquisitions and disposals;
- lettings of commercial premises;
- landlord and tenant matters; and
- development work (both commercial and residential).
I have a particular interest in refurbishment and regeneration projects.
I also assist our Corporate teams with the property elements of their transactions including refinances, acquisitions, sales and restructures.
I deal with transactions in a practical manner to enable clients to reach timely and commercial conclusions to their matters.
