My experience
I am a newly qualified solicitor in the Wills, Trusts and Estates Department, having finished my training contract with the firm in 2025. As I develop my specialism in this area, I will be primarily engaged with the following aspects:
- Administering estates, and making applications for the Grant of Probate;
- Preparing and advising on Wills and Codicils with reference to my clients’ intentions and tax planning objectives;
- Advising on declarations of trust; and
- Preparing and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney.
I am committed to delivering a top-quality service and particularly enjoy assisting with my clients’ understanding of legal concepts which might appear complicated at first. I approach each matter with sensitivity and empathy whilst retaining a focus on the particular legal principles at play, which ensures that the best possible result is achieved for my clients.
