My experience
I am an Associate in the Commercial Property team, with experience advising on leisure, retail and development matters. My work includes lettings, acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, refinancing and portfolio transactions, as well as licences to assign, sublet and alter.
I act for a broad range of clients, including private individuals, property developers, landlords and tenants.
I take a practical and commercially focused approach to transactions, helping clients achieve timely and effective outcomes. I am known for being approachable and responsive, and I place real emphasis on understanding my clients’ objectives and guiding them through the process as smoothly and efficiently as possible.
I welcome the opportunity to speak with new clients. I primarily work from our Southampton office and also spend time in Bournemouth, and I can arrange meetings at any of the firm’s offices as required. I work with clients both in the UK and overseas and am used to adapting my working style to suit each client, ensuring advice is clear, accessible and delivered in a way that works best for them.
