Senior Partner
As Senior Partner of Paris Smith LLP, I am responsible for the overall direction and success of the firm. My role includes:
- overseeing and strengthening the firm’s brand;
- contributing to and implementing the firm’s strategic vision;
- ensuring our purpose is delivered in a way that is relevant, responsive and reliable for our clients and communities;
- inspiring our people to achieve their full potential and feel engaged, supported and fulfilled;
- building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders; and
- ensuring an excellent and consistent client experience.
Prior experience – Property Finance and Management
I began my career with Paris Smith as a paralegal in the late 1990s, training with the firm following an earlier career in banking. This background has given me a strong commercial perspective, which I bring to the firm’s well-established property practice.
Over the course of my career, I have developed extensive expertise acting for high street banks, specialist property lenders and private lenders within the property finance sector. I have built long-standing client relationships spanning more than 20 years and have played a key role in developing, training and leading a highly regarded team in this area.
Alongside this, I have contributed to the wider management and growth of the firm’s property department.
