The Corporate, Commercial & Finance team are looking for a lawyer to join one of the largest corporate law practices on the South Coast. Please note that a mix of home and office working is available for this role.
You will need a minimum of four years PQE and have experience in a variety of corporate matters including:
- mergers and acquisitions;
- private equity funded transactions;
- venture capital; and
- other more general corporate work.
In addition, the successful candidate must be a team player, and possess the following attributes:
- Strong technical ability

- The ability to communicate complex law, scenarios and solutions in a simple and clear way, both verbally and in writing
