My experience
I am a commercial property specialist within the Commercial Property department with 18 years of experience, dealing with:
- landlord and tenant;
- portfolio management;
- freehold and leasehold disposals and acquisitions; as well as
- all other general commercial property matters.
I have a wealth of experience dealing with commercial property transactions for both landlords and tenants (with a focus on retail, offices, nurseries, restaurants and warehouses), and have experience in acting for sellers, purchasers and lenders in commercial property sales and acquisitions.
I have experience in working within various areas including:

- Warehouses/light industrial units

- Restaurants, cafes, clubs and public houses
- Hotels
- Marinas
- Nurseries
I also work closely with our Corporate Restructuring & Insolvency team, providing essential property advice wherever it is required to support and streamline their exceptional services.
I pride myself in providing practical and commercial advice to my clients in an efficient and pragmatic way. My close relationships with both clients and fellow team members are central to the success of each transaction I work on. I aim to respond quickly on all matters and develop an understanding for each client of their commercial and legal requirements and aims.
