I have over 10 years’ experience specialising in corporate work, advising on a wide range of matters including:
- acquisitions and disposals;
- MBOs;
- equity investments;
- reorganisations;
- shareholders’ agreements and articles of association;
- joint venture agreements;
- EMI options;
- partnerships and LLPs; and
- transactional insolvency (buying and selling distressed businesses and assets).
I am noted in The Legal 500 (a leading independent directory) as a key lawyer within the team here at Paris Smith. I act for private companies, owner-managed businesses, directors and investors across a wide variety of sectors providing targeted, commercially relevant advice and assistance to businesses and individuals.
I am a member of the Agriculture Sector team and provide support and advice in relation to farming partnership agreements.
