In-House Counsel
We understand the pressures and challenges that in-house counsel face. Many of our lawyers have worked in-house, been seconded to clients or are used to working with in-house counsel and so we have first hand experience of the demands faced by in-house legal teams.
Supporting you
It’s all about relationships. We aim to work collaboratively with you, really getting to know your business, your team and the framework within which you operate. This enables us to be responsive and provide tailored and practical advice when you need it. We build a team around you so that you have access to the relevant skills sets quickly and easily.
Whether you need a one-off piece of advice on a specific issue, extra resource due to capacity issues or just need a sense check on a particular point, our aim is for you to see us as an extension of your internal resources.

Feedback from in-house counsel negotiation workshop on 4 March 2025
I thought the workshop was excellent and was run very well. Thank you for hosting us! Looking forward to the next one!
Clearly lots of preparation and planning went into the event. Interactive workshop and live application is useful. Great pre-event communications.
