Paris Smith is pleased to announce the promotion of five colleagues to Associate with effect from 1 October 2026, reflecting the firm’s continued commitment to supporting career development and recognising talent.
Sophie Dipper, Alex Pegg and Emma George are promoted within the award-winning Corporate, Commercial & Finance Department, which was recently recognised as “Law Firm of the Year” at the Solent Deals Awards 2026.
Lisa White and Rachel Reynolds are promoted within the Dispute Resolution Department and will continue to work within the Property Litigation team, supporting property owners, landlords and tenants with a range of advice regarding disputes.
The firm is also delighted to welcome three qualifying trainee solicitors into permanent roles from 1 October 2026. Bryony Harnett and Lola-Rae Quinn will join the Employment Department as newly qualified solicitors, while Hollie Gardner will qualify into the Property team in Southampton.
